We have trusted Esquema Inc with multiple projects in our home: Kitchen remodel, master bath remodel and patio re-desing. For the Kitchen remodeling, the company helped us from the design and layout, selection of kitchen components and the actual execution of the project from electrical to plumbing and all the kitchen installation. We were extremely happy with the end result.
For the master bath remodel, the project manager helped us to not only visualize the change (by providing blueprints and 3D sketchs) but to maximize space in other areas of the house (one of the master's closet and second room closet) by identifiying unused space. Other contractors were just interested in tackling the remodel but none of them provide us the guidance or view into the extra space we will gain if we use the additional space that was not visible to the "plain-eye".
We were giving an overall detailed project plan and a detail estimate that helped us organize and keep track of the expenses and it made controlling the budget very easy.
Henry, the project manager is on top of all the details and the day to day operation and this gives us extreme confidence. All the people that came to our house, Eric, Ted and Orlando were extremely profesional and every day the work area was cleaned and no debris left behind.
Overall, I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for all your construction needs.
