In addition to our affordable Air Conditioning Service, Heating Sales & Service departments, we also want to encourage you to consider our maintenance agreements. An air conditioner or heater is like a car, which needs oil and servicing every 3-4 months in order to run efficiently. At Esser, we will provide you with a maintenance agreement to service your equipment at least twice a year in order that your cooling and heating system is working at its optimum. Please be sure to ask our technician or salesperson for our maintenance agreement so that you can see all the points of service. Our fees are the lowest in the market, and our service is the best.

    Esser has been very good to work with. It took a few tries to get it right. Chris has been excellent in making sure that everything is balanced and getting the Nest set up again. Systems do not always work the first time and need extra help. Esser was there to help ! Great service ! That's what every customer wants !

    Scott is my favorite technician- very kind and polite and provides you with detailed info of the repair
    I have been using them for years including a new a/c in my previous home and maintanance and service

    Service arrived early in the window provided. Got a call before service stated to let me know when they would arrive. Arrived when they said they would.
    Ruben was throught, left no mess, wore protective covers on his shoes and gave me a detailed summary of the results of his service. All very professional. Great job.
