I've got to go public with those crooks, they lie, retaliate, using HOA to retaliate, and accuse you. If you considering buying with them in Timberwood Community in Rock Hill SC,
DO NOT DO IT!!!!!
The Superintended either does not know his job, or he doesn't do what he's supposed to do. If question, he retaliates, is rude and closes the house on you, so you cannot tell him all his shortcomings. Promise things, never follows up. You escalate issues AFTER closing, the CLT division president got involved. He, out of the blue, throws accusations against us and cowardly refuses any calls, hiding behind his desk. Great "SO CALLED" division president. They are crooks trying to get us through the HOA board. Had to attend a hearing WITHOUT getting a violation letter, which is required in the By-Laws. Who is joining the hearing? A person called Greg Stallard, who is the CLT division president, NOT NAMED on the HOA board. Why we think they try to retaliate through HOA? Because we are the ONLY ones who receiving violation letters for the yard and the trash can. We have talked to EVERYONE, which we saw have the EXACT same things, and guess what? NOBODY got a violation letter.
We have been through hell, and it is still going. The contract will show you HAVE TO go through mediation and arbitration, before you can go to court. We are now shortly before mediation and let me tell you, it will be expensive. I will go all the way to show those crooks they cannot do that to customers. I have all the proofs in emails and pictures what a horrible customer service we have received from that Essex Home Builder in the Timberwood Community in Rock Hill. My next step is Action9. I've gotten sick of dealing with LIARS. Even the Essex Homes Attorney's office does not respond. They sending an email, I am sorry for the delay, but I have been out of the country". Really? the entire office? That's how Essex homes work, delay, trying to make it expensive so you don't go after them. Believe me, if the contract wouldn't state it, I would be in court already. I just have to follow those steps, but ready for a judge to hear my case. Maybe, I can help even ONE homebuyer to stay away from those crooks, or maybe even make a change at the end, even if it takes years, then it was worth it, no matter the cost. I am too deep into it already anyway.
If you see that, SHARE, SHARE, SHARE and help us to bring those crooks to justice.
The only time, imo, you can buy there, if you don't build but get an inventory home. You get what you see, no more or less. Just make sure the light switches are where they are supposed to be, not just somewhere where you have to walk into a dark room before you can find them.
