    Build a custom home

    Scott and Chris did an amazing job on my custom home. They built me and my family a beautiful home, on time and within my predetermined budget. I spent almost $700,000 with them and they were fantastic. Also, if you are looking for a builder that is on your site everyday and available whenever you call or text, Essex Homes is for you. They customized my home to my taste and the quality of their product and trades were top shelf. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a new home.

    I would not recommend Essex Homes. They use the cheapest materials and they low-ball estimates for cabinets, flooring, etc, So if you want a quality home you will pay extra. They also do not keep on schedule. My house was supposed to be done in August/September but was not finished until February. I've been having major problems with the house, i.e., leaks in shower and roof; light not working; chipped cement on my front porch.
