I paid a $1,000 for poor work. He sent 2 young kids to trim my lilacs who didn't know what they were doing. In fact, they were leaving when i had to remind them that 3 of the bushes weren't trimmed. Brian had to trim them, and not very well. None of them even look trimmed. And, the kid cut my roses that I had told Brian I didn't want cut. Very, very unhappy with the job.
