I called them to change and install the handle of the shower and sent them a photo of the Delta valve before the visit. They informed that the labor cost was $280. Expensive, but I accepted. They came with empty hands, spent 2 hours going twice to the plumbing supply store to purchase a handle and could not find one. Did not solve the problem and charged the $280 anyway promising they would find the handle and come back. I never had news again, and they never sent a receipt. A total fraud.
