They left a chunk of something under the kitchen flooring and that caused the plank to crack. When they came to fix that they didn't attach the new plank correctly and it has never laid down properly and is causing the top layer of plank to peel off. Also most of the floor trim came off and my husband had to reattach it. The employees do a poor job and Esvin should be inspecting their work. I have to find someone to fix my kitchen floor before the entire floor is ruined and has to be replaced. That is one of many problems in our house due to shoddy work and cheap materials used. Materials that were paid for by insurance and by us.
