Service update. We had service Thursday saying they would return Friday with fan...by the way no Heat/air....no show, no call on Friday. Called Saturday since cold night...they came and replaced fan but again no heat in the evening. Called Sunday. Owner says to Secretary to tell them to wait to Monday. Wonder why Owner didn't call us since we spoke to him on Saturday? Horrible customer service. They are committed to service families? Really? — with Curt Lang. We are a small business and our families/customers deserve better!
