We have a leak in our garage which is covered by a warranty. It took Gary Repko 3 months to finally leave his card at our door. He showed up 2 other times without calling or leaving the card. We called him on Saturday and he said he would come out Monday after 10 am. He never showed or called!! We had moved things out of the garage for him! Thank you for wasting our time Gary!!!

A roof was replaced on my home in 2019. In 2020 it was obvious there were roof leaks that he refused to take care of. Currently I am getting my roof replaced and rotten/wet structural damage replaced by another company that cost me 20,000.

I have been trying to get him to complete final inspection on roof he did to a house we bought in 11/2018. Each time we contact him he says he will take lcare of it then he doesn't & then don't answer the phone or messages I leave. I talked to him this am after not talking to him in a month & got put off again. He does not do what he says & he has got paid for the job. I would NOT hire him to do ANYTHING.

This contractor is a liar, has give us so many finish dates that I lost count. This has made my experience of buying a house the worse! Please don't hire him to do your project. Our lease is over and he is still taking his time to finish some details because he has more important projects to finish and we don't have where to live a baby. He doesn't have a word. Don't trust him!!!

This contractor stood me up, appointment after appointment. I bought my house mid-construction supposedly from Blue Sky Homes who led us to believe he was the builder. Later Jeff Martineauof Blue Sky Homes stated that Eucharist and Gary Repko was the builder and was the person to stand by the warranty. Gary doesn't tell the truth. He doesn't show up for appointments and refused to fix a dryer 240 volt plug that is installed upside down. We waited over 6 months to get repairs for poor installations of doors, slider, sink trap, and and other things. We had no screens on any windows foe 6 months.. He also refused to give his business address, stating it was his home address. I cannot recommend this builder and wish there was the option for 0 stars, because that is what Eucharist Builders deserves..
