The materials are fine and look nice. However,...
They either mis-measured or mis-cut the opening for the kitchen sink. To compensate, they shifted the sink about 1 to 1 1/2 inches to meet the countertop opening thereby positioning the sink's undermount supports right at the very edge of the sink (see photo). It's holding fine and will continue to hold as long as the sink isn't moved to the left the width of a 1/4 inch bolt.
I didn't like the fact that their mistake resulted in my sink being installed like that. I requested that they simply attach some wood, perhaps a 2X2, to the side of the cabinet to shore up the edge of the sink. They sent a technician over to inspect the situation. The tech arrived, pronounced the installation 'fine', refused to do anything further and left.
I would not recommend this company.
