Euroline Concepts

This was the 4th time since 1998 I worked with Euroline Concept to design and renovate kitchen. I knew that this company could provide good quality kitchen cabinets, professional installation, and most importantly, comprehensive design with attention to details. No other firm can optimize kitchen space with most accessible storage, convenient working surface, with no fillers. This time (fall 2024) our kitchen was designed with combination of two cabinet colors, complimented by a perfectly matching countertop. Eugene made great recommendations for appliance locations.

We would highly recommend this firm to anyone. Actually, many of our friends worked with Euroline Concept to renovate their kitchens. Now our new generation buying houses and asking Eugene for kitchen updates.

I had a beautiful kitchen installed. It is falling apart now where crown molding is falling off and I have been calling for 1 year to have them come and repair. I'm forced to get someone else to come and repair. When I asked to get glaze to repair some nicks I was told that is impossible so my $$$ kitchen basically looks like crap.

Ordered Kitchen from this place and totally regret it. $22,000 for a kitchen and its falling apart in less then a year. Owner is a drunk who came in and took incorrect measurements. Made open kitchen bigger than wall permitted. Crown moldings were improper size because Eugene personally came in to take measurements and mismanaged the measurements. From 5" moldings went to 2" moldings. Unprofessional! Took forever to complete kitchen and doors are literally made of MDF. Garbage work. 3 Months after installation kitchen cabinets started to look like crap. The black lining of cabinets are literally drawn by a cheap marker and is coming off. The MDF doors are total crap and start peeling right away. When Eugene (owner) was told about issues, he said he would swap out 2 cabinet panels under warranty. That was 4 months ago. Today, after 4 months, Eugene comes up with a new story that it'll cost me an additional $375. Trust me go elsewhere. This guy is a crook and a liar.

Eugene, from Euroline made my custom bar, tv unit, book shelves about 15 years ago. He is highly professional and all work was done on a timely basis. All my units are still in great working order. In fact, I am remodeling my kitchen and I will definetly use Euroline Concepts again. I have recommended them to many friends who were also extremely satisfied.

I wish I read customers review on this company before. This was the worst experience in my life. I had exactly the same awful experience as other people who left comments. The owner promised on time delivery and installation within 2 days. However, it took 4-5 weeks! The kitchen was delivered a week later and was missing many pieces. Several parts were damaged. Quality of kitchen was really cheap, not as promised and not as charged. You pay 40% deposit when you sign the contract. At the time of delivery you pay them another 50%. When you pay 50% you do not even know what they have delivered, as everything comes packed and they do not open it. This company delivers one day and the installer comes the next day. It happened 3-4 times, while they delivered missing/damaged parts. So, be prepared to take that many days off to wait for all these delivery and installation people. They send several different installers, which had to not only do their part, but also fix what the previous one did. The owner does not care about customers and always come up with different excuses. Stay away from this company!!!
