European Builders Construction
European Builders was formed by three partners in October 2000 in Reading PA. Each partner brought different talents and trades to the company, which helped mold it into the award-winning, custom home company we are today.
When European Builders first began, we strictly focused on new custom homes. Our vision was to incorporate custom features in a home as a standard and not provide customers with just a basic home. We wanted the ability to provide our customers with the home of their dreams right from the beginning. With our attention to detail, ability to understand what each individual is looking for in their new home, and personal assistance in guiding each individual through the building process, we achieved our vision for many homes in and around Berks County, Lehigh County and Chester County.
As our homes were being showcased during Open Houses and in the Parade of Homes, individuals in and around Reading, Allentown, and Lancaster wanted us to work on their existing homes. And with that, we started incorporating renovations and remodeling into our repertoire within just the first few years of building custom homes!
When working with European Builders, you will receive the utmost personal attention. From the plan conception, during the entire construction process and to the final walkthrough before you move in, we are with you every step of the way. Our design team has years of experience designing custom homes to meet all lifestyles. Their insight and expertise will guide you in the creation of your dream home. We have built our reputation, like our homes, with pride, care and personal attention to every detail.
European Builders works with individuals in Berks County, Lancaster County, Chester County, Montgomery County, and Lehigh County.
Time and again, our peers at The Home Builders Association of Berks County have recognized our dedication to quality. The Association has awarded European Builders with numerous Parade of Homes awards throughout the years. These awards are given to recognize only the elite builders in our profession. I cannot put into words how horribly disappointment we are with European Builders. They turned us building our family home into a nightmare. Mistakes we found made during and after construction they wanted us to pay for. And over charge us for them as well, stating he would do it for us at cost. A handwritten estimate for repairs wasn't even added up properly. They caused an extreme amount of stress on my family. For this we could never refer their business to anyone for anything. Their work cannot be trusted and their attempts at making us pay for their mistakes in unethical. People should be warned of their business practices so this hopefully doesn't happen to another family.
