Terrible experience with this company and you should avoid them at all costs.. or it WILL cost you later. We selected this company to do work at a new construction business for a simple plumbing installation job and also to install about 150 sq ft of standard ceramic tile. The tile job looked like an amateur did it and while doing it they splattered junks all over my newly painted walls which was never fixed. Tiles were uneven up to 1/4" in spots. Grout was smeared and left to dry on top of the tile. To this day the grout wont come off and looks like stains.Even their plumber who did their other work was horrified. The plumber himself has absolutely no idea what he was doing. We failed inspection for over 15 reasons, ALL having to do with this company's plumbing work. It was a SIMPLE kitchen sink installation job with open walls and ceilings so there is no excuse for the negligence. We demanded to be refunded for the $5200 bill that we were forced to pay to fix the issues in order to pass inspection. They even lied to us about not needing a permits "because they were tieing into existing plumbing". WRONG. They decided to ignore our certified demand letter us and now we are suing. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND AVOID THESE SCAMMERS

Eva home services made me feel like a much appreciated customer. From beginning to end, they were very professional and showed me everything that needed to be done. Tony is a no frills kind of guy, he gets straight to the point whether it's good or bad news. The techs, Jose and west were both great.

Called Tony from Eva when another plumber quoted me what I thought was a bit much for a water heater install. Their labor quote came in at roughly half what the other guy was asking. Job went very smooth and my hot water is working again. Couldn't be happier finding them

I have now used Eva for 2 projects. First was a small plumbing project involving replacing a toilet and vanity in my rental. Second was a kitchen update in my own personal residence. Tony was very accommodating and his team was extremely professional. West, the project manager was simply outstanding. He informed us every step along the way about the schedule and made sure materials were there when they needed to be. Greg who did the electrical was also a pleasure to work with. I will be calling them again in the future for sure.

I hired Eva for an electrical job which consisted of several ceiling fans and other light fixtures throughout my home. The price was reasonable and they got the work done super fast. They easily could have charged me more as all my other quotes were through the roof but they worked within my budget. Greg, the technician was amazing and Tony was very easy to work with. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Stay far away from this company. They hire inexperienced, untrained people from Craigslist that don't know what they are doing. The salesman does not know how to do measurements that things will be off. In their eyes they don't have to tell you anything they are doing even though it is your house. The owner doesn't even return calls half the the time nor has money to pay his employees. He gave the employee a check that bounced so I had to pay the employee to somewhat complete the job. And what I mean by somewhat is because my 1 cabinet was wrong so they figured they would have it altered but now the doors don't fit so he sent another cabinet figuring them doors would fit. Um wrong. The owner knows nothing about this kind of industry. He screwed over a lot of people and had civil suits filed against him but he won't even be a man and answer to the suit because he won't answer his door at his so called business address and his house address. So in ending. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THE OWNERS NAME IS TONY WU.

I don't recommend this company at all they came to re model my kitchen and told me 1 I will have working appliances within 4 days nope that didn't happen 2 gave me a 2 week dead line which reads on my contract and were 4 days over and still isn't done ran my card for there money and they cant even finish the job they don't know how to measure all the measurements were wrong they don't pick up the phone but take your money. Im in the process of taking this company to court also they have the nerve to tell us they don't have to discuss anything to down to cutting a cabinet if I see it I am the customer I think I know what I want.. Please run don't ever use this company

Good experience. Great attention to detail. Quality materials and workmanship is how I would describe this company. Needed cabinets, flooring and backsplash done in my kitchen. Eric from EVA Homes got me a beautiful set of cabinets at a good price. Not only was the price fair but their service was exceptional. Communication was always on point. If Eric missed my call, he would return it within 15 minutes. The project took a week longer than originally estimated due to some delays but I was kept informed with everything

Hired this company for a kitchen remodel which took 3-4 weeks. I'm very happy with the work. Project came out about $1,500 more than the original estimate due to additional work but I have no qualms with the job. Some small touch ups and finishing work needed to be done at the end but the quality is absolutely there. Anthony and his team were great and I wouldn't hesitate to have them do my bathroom next year assuming the funds will be available. Thanks again!

This business came out to give me a Plumbing assessment on fixing a broken shut off valve that was stuck half open after i shut it off from vacation.

The Plumber looked at the job then went out to the car to right up an assessment. The Plumber came with a sales men. The sales men came back into my house alone and explained that they wanted over 200$ an hr to replace the valve and 3 hours to do it. Also wanted 200$ for a 30$ valve. If I wanted them to do a complete work up of the plumbing it would be 5 hours of work. They wrote these 2 options down on a sticky note and handed it to me as an assessment.

They also charged 75$ for the assessment. I called the number on the business card they gave me to confirm this is a legit business since you cant find any other information on them online. Someone did call me back to confirm.

This "Master" plumbers assessment was nothing more then a cash grab to come out and give a bogus estimate. The plumber sat in the car as the sales men tried to convince me a should pay top dollar for a master plumbers work.

A+ - Porch was sagging due to age and inspector had cited me on it being a safety hazard. Within 7 days of a handshake and paperwork being signed, my porch was fixed and perfectly leveled! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround! Inspector even complemented on how fast I had managed to get the porch taken care of so huge kudos to EVA Home Services

I really want to thank Anthony and his crew at EVA Home Services; they've helped me out with over a dozen jobs over the past year. I use them for all my rentals. Their most recent job was a deck repair. Deck was falling apart and my tenants were complaining... Called Anthony and less than 2 weeks later the deck is brand new again!
