Evan was on time every day! He was kind and friendly,
He initially made me feel like my remodel was his priority. However, in order to speed his way through my Construction, he used a painter, that was clearly impaired. He never followed up on any concerns that I had post remodel. He did NOT do a walk through. He did not use the quality of materials that I had envisioned. I recommended him to other clients. He did not follow through with promised results. He used poor quality of materials, and he completely ghosted them after the job was done.. I would never recommend this company to do a remodel project, EVER!

I had my house re-roofed by Evan Tollefson 2 times. I kept getting roof leaks because I later found out most all of exhaust vents on roof were roofed over cauusing moisture in attic to accumulate that caused chipboard roofing to rot. I finally hired a professional company to replace chipboard roofing & re-roof my house professionally. It cost me an unnecessary 50 K.
I will never use Evan Tollefson to ever touch my house again.
