Sadly, I cannot recommend Evans Mechanical. I had some heater work done and some additional duct sealing was also needed, but could not be done for 9 weeks. The tech that repaired the heater(he did a good job), spoke on the phone right in front of me with the scheduler and placed me on the schedule for the first week of February 2018. Since they hadn't called me prior to this week, I called Evans to only find out I was never put on the schedule at all. I was then told I would need to be put back on the schedule for another months wait. The scheduler acted like it was my fault, no apology. Needless to say, I am not pleased at all.

We had a tankless water heater installed after our old 40 gallon tank died. The cost was reasonable and the service was prompt and efficient. After installation I discovered a tiny leak on the incoming water line, called them the next morning and they were out to fix it in the afternoon. All fixed, plus the repairmen made sure all lines were braced and wall holes were sealed. Everyone was very nice, polite, and friendly. This is the first time I’ve not done a job like this myself, and I’m really glad I had them do it!
