He’s a rip off. He doesn’t respond or hold up his end of the 1 year warranty. We’re now past the date of our 1 year warranty, and he’s not responding to things that we’ve been needing him to fix correctly for a long time. Honestly if he would’ve just responded to our concerns I wouldn’t be so upset. But he takes your money and leaves you high and dry. We’ve been walking on concrete for 2 months now. Our warranty date was July 11th. I don’t want anyone else to buy from him, and end up with a bigger mess than us.
