So far every step of installation has been riddled with mistakes. Underlayment not installed correctly Eave and starter panels not installed correctly. Metal panels not installed correctly. Roof ridge ventilation not installed correctly. Dormer flashing not installed correctly Pipe vents not installed correctly. I really do not think any one read the installation manual. This roof passed a final video inspection until I called inspectors back to take a real look. I hope that no one else gets duped like that. most mistakes will not effect roof for several years but will cost extreme amount when you find out later with a big storm. 6 monthes and I am still waiting for final to pass.

The roof was completed last week. It is beautiful! Robert was excellent. He got in contact with him for any questions and concerns. He returned our calls promptly. The price of the roof was reasonable for us. We had to pay extra boards to help with the securing of the roof due to inspector request but all went well and it did not break our bank. Would call them for any future roof projects. Call Robert. He will help you

We LOVE our metal roof which made it through the recent hurricane fantastically!! However, one of our 12 skylights sprung a slight leak. Once reported, a crew came out right away to inspect and fix the issue. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you, we are so glad that we chose Evergreen for our home and highly recommend them!
