    Bryan handled a floor repair after a slow pipe leak had rotted a section of floor and damaged a floor joist. He did a thorough job and we joke that if an earthquake takes down the house, that section of flooring will be the only thing that survives, because it feels a lot more solid than the rest of the floor. Bryan was also very careful and respectful after being exposed to someone that was ill, canceling our initial appointment and quarantined until risk had passed. We really appreciated his being honest and forthcoming about it. Once past that, he was committed and reliable, getting the job done quickly. We would highly recommend!
