This contractor, Carlos Guimaraes does not meet his obligations.
He pledged (I have it documented) to cover damage he directly caused to our plumbing by virtue of a mistaken flooring job in July 2022. I have documented, by two independent plumbing professionals, that his work caused the damage. When I contacted Carolos...he answered...then hung up the phone.
He is not qualified to do flooring work...and he does not live up to his obligations. Within weeks of doing this work...I discovered his license was suspended and his insurance lapsed.
This individual is not trustworthy and does not show any respect for his work product.
