We hired Evergreen Hardwood to fix the hardwood floors they gave us an estimate and told me the floors would be fixed. They did not refinish them they said they would put a coating on them. They came back several times because each time the floors looked worse and each time they would tell us the couldn't see anything wrong with them. This was the fourth time and they have ruined my floors I don't think there is anymore they can do because everything they do they come and they leave it's worse than the time before. They need to replace my floors when I point out the damage they say it looks good. I have pictures when they left and laverado told he thought they looked good. We'll pictures tell a thousand words. When they left they said they didn't see anything. So if they really want to keep their good reviews then I hope that Servando Perez will contact us immediately before we have to take drastic measures. Our hard floors are only 6 years old and our home is only 6 years old they cost us $10,000 we are willing to work with them. Labrador is the one who did the work they also broke 2 lights on our entertainment cabinet and insisted the didn't do it but told us they were all there and they were right there when we found them missing and acted real dumb. We are just devastated what our floors look like now. So we are leaving up to Servado to please contact us. Please we are not going to wait any longer for this to be rectified like I said we have pictures and something has to be done it has gone on way to long. I have spoken to Catherine in the office in Modesto way to many times. If something can be done other than replacement and they will look good we are all for it. We just want what was promised.
