Per a letter from the Commonwealth of Virginia dated 8/9/2017, File No.2017-02723 " A review has been completed of the above-referenced file involving Evergreen Home Rehab LLC. The Department has determined that the license previously held has been revoked and no other license has been issued". Evergreen did have an active license when they remodeled my bathroom and put in a kitchen floor , however they did shoddy work and never returned as promised to complete a punch out list and now I have several thousands of dollars to spend to fix the problems they created. Proper permits were not filed for my property and for others per the Fairfax County Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. There are pending lawsuits Do not use this company unless you want to be taken advantage of, lied to and be left with damages that will require legal action.
