I ended using Martin for the job.
I needed him to put a curtains pole back on the wall because the top screws were a little loose and didn't want that to fall one day. He came and just change the size of the screws to a longer version (thing that I could have done) and charge $75 dlls for that. I mentioned to him that he probably needed to change the plastics inside the wall, obviously re-patch that area, to be strong, etc. I wanted a handy man to patch and paint around the screws area that got damage. Very unprofessional not only with the price, also using my dresser as a ladder without putting any protection for that.
I texted him this morning that my husband was upset about not finishing the whole job and he ended saying not for the price I gave you.
That's ridiculous.

My experience with Evergreen was dismal and frustrating. The company may or may not be licensed but the people who they send out are clearly not. If you want inexpensive "hacking" work done then it's ok. If you care about where you live, please don't use them. The work they did on my plumbing had to be done again by another company. They just show up when they "can" and they left me with the thought that I'd better have this checked out by others, so I did. Most of the work was "illegal" according to the DWandP and by a private company. I had the city come out and inspect the premises including the plumbing and they were in agreement stating that some of the work (like the electric stuff) is dangerous and gave me phone numbers for free city licensed people that would not only fix it but issue a citation. I'm not for punishing, but really????
