Negative 20 STARS!!! Wow!! I can't believe how bad this company is. We used them for our first home in San Jose and it went smoothly. But then we used them for our rental in Sacramento. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! We paid them $32K in the beginning of October for the solar and battery backup. They consistently no showed, project manager NEVER called, then they were missing stickers which further delayed. Told me sorry the project manager was fired, but they now have a new one. Same issue. I am now sitting here almost at the 1st of May and still no solar. I have to call them almost ever single day, chase them, chase SMUD. We have been paying PG&E for months and months and months for all their delays, no shows. I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THEM. I can't even tell you how frustrated and upset I am at this point.
