I reached out to Evergrowth Construction based on a recommendation through NextDoor.com . I had just closed on a purchase of a new home in the Central District of Seattle and needed to have two floors of hardwood floors, including a flight of stairs. Mr Hong Diep arrived on a Sunday, at the designated time. He inspected the floors and even found issues that I had not been aware of prior to the closing on house. Sections of the second floor needed to be replaced and reinforced. I received a written bid via email that evening. Evergrowth was not the lowest bid but the professionalism and speed in which their bid was submitted gave me confidence that they were right for the job. Terms were simple 50% down and the remaining half upon completion of the project. Evergrowth exceeded our expectations. Not only did they stay within budget, they completed the project was completed within the specific time frame. The work was meticulous, the crew was prompt, professional, detailed, clean and hard working. The floors look magnificent and considering they are 113 years old they shine like they are brand new! I highly recommend Evergrowth Construction for your home and business construction projects. Great Job !
