With my 37 years experience, I have the ability and knowledge to handle all aspects of building new or remodeling. The first 25 years of my business I built custom homes from scratch. For the last 15 years I have been handling maintenance to over 100 town home associations. That amounts to more than 20,000 home owners. I have done simple service calls to full rebuilds. I have handled insurance claims over $1,000,000.00. Claims have been from fires, storm damage, frozen water pipes and other types. I do reroofing, residing, window replacements, deck replacement, ect. I have done as many as 300 homes in one project.
I work with engineers and architects to do maintenance and repairs based on the budgets set. No matter how big the home or project is, there is always a budget that we respect!

This is an insurance claim for a dual mailbox / post that was destroyed by an automobile. The post is shared with a neighbor.
Almost 5 months later the job has not been completed. Many emails and phone calls have been ignored. I have been asked by my neighbor and mail carrier when the new box will be installed. I have been contacted by the insurance company handling the claim asking if the claim is still active. I feel the length of time and unresponsiveness of the company is unacceptable.
Below is a (mostly complete) timeline of contact with the company.
