  Home warranty (fidelity home warranty); they hired them to come out and repair/replace my hot water heater due to us not having any hot water. They tryed to say that our hot water heater was installed incorrectly and would have to charge extra if they worked on it. My husband told them to where to go we are now waiting for fidelity to find someone else.

  Replace Hot Water Heater

  BUYER BEWARE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS -

  I have a home warranty (fidelity home warranty); they hired these scum bags to come out and replace my hot water heater. They LIED to me and the home warranty company claims that there was mandatory "modifications" required to install a new hot water heater (because it's a "different type of water heater". I had a second license plumber come in to confirm any modifications; he confirmed that no modifications were required and that it was a standard replacement, he was simply scamming me for additional money.

  On top of all of that; while replacing the water heater the plumber sent out "Ever" was his name. Couldn't properly drain the water heater so he and these are his words "took a screwdriver and hammer to it" to make his own drain hole. In the process of doing that; he flooded my garage. 4 ft away from the water heater was my secondary Refrigerator, due to the flood water, the power supply of the fridge got wet and melted, ruining the fridge. The business owner claims that he spoke to "Ever" who claimed that the fridge was "on the other side of the garage" and that it wasn't possible that damage occurred. I sent pictures to the business owner since that's what he requested; he claimed that he'd review the pictures and get back to me; however, he has since BLOCKED my phone number.

  Do yourself a favor and AVOID; if your warranty company hires these people, request another contractor and if you can't do that, PLEASE take the cash option your warranty company offers you and take that money to someone legit, it's worth the extra two weeks of waiting.

  0/10 company; at least they installed the water heater correctly.

  This company is a scam. They work with home warranty companies and upsell mandatory charges to provide the work. They told me the water heater would be free but to install it, they would have to make "modifications" and this would cost $220. What a scam, there is no modifications, just simply installing the water heater. BAD business!!

  If I could give this company a zero star I would. The service tech lied outright to the warranty company and to myself he stated that my warranty would not pay for labor that I need to pay him directly for labor. He stated that the warranty only covered the water heater. The warranty company called me to let me know that the water heater was installed incorrectly and for that reason it was not covered. Do not use this company. They are horrible.
