By Steve M.August 12, 2022Semi-Custom tract home builder$280,000
I bought a beautiful Sada floorplan from Everview Homes last July, 2021.
I have nothing but good things to say about the company and about my home building experience with Patrick, Vanessa and Eric.
Everview builds a beautiful superior quality home that the big builders just can't touch for the price.
When I started looking at new homes, I was appalled by all of the "cookie cutter square box" homes on the market by the big builders.
Everview stick builds from scratch. Nothing prefab. They build semi-custom homes at square box prices. I got things like 11 foot beautiful recessed ceilings, 8 foot doors, designer wall sconces, with a fantastic floorplan. No cheap builder windows with Everview. I got custom windows with open light all over the home.
The master shower is a custom built work of art. The kitchen is huge and is a showcase for my (amazing) kitchen skills.
Patrick was faithful to always call me whenever I had a question and he made the home building experience much easier.
I've bought a lot of homes.
Everview Homes is simply the finest homebuilder I've ever dealt with, bar none.

By Kari B.March 10, 2022build a custom home
We purchased a lot in Rockin J Ranch, hired Everview homes. we signed the contract in 10/10/2020. We were told the house was ready for walk through and they requested final draw on Jan 13, 2022. We drove across country to do the walk through February 7th and was shocked at the quality of construction. Wrong color paint outside, cracked and broken cabinets, installed with drywall screws, broken window, baseboard un-sanded and painted, wrong front door, drywall holes, the list goes on. Submitted a punch list (17) with video and photos on Feb 11th. Project manager, Bret Summerlin and VPO Greg Ferrel came out and agreed this was poor construction and all items on punch list needed to be fixed. Feb 21st still nothing done. Owner Adam Smith finally came out to address the problem. He promised everything would be taken care of and ready for us to move in March 5th. Currently nobody is returning our calls or texts. The cabinet builder has been in contact with us, the Homeowner to ask what we would like done with the cabinets as they are not getting any response from Everview. Still waiting for the house to be painted, interior things fixed, door put on, cleaned etc. We don't know what recourse we have other than hiring an attorney. In the meantime we have no home and been given no date of completion!! I have video, photos and recordings of phone calls, texts, If you want to talk about this company my email is [email protected]

The home I purchased as had several things wrong with it...let's start by saying several things needed to be repaired/fixed before closing, was told everything was corrected on the list, when I did a second walk through ZERO of the items had been repaired, went for a third walk through and still needed a few things finished. I closed on the house with the understanding the things i noted would be taking care of. So after numerous e-mails and phone calls they finally came out and repaired a few more items. One of the bigger things is that I had a sprinkler leak which i identified prior to closing, finally someone came an looked at it, was told he would come back on Monday to repair it, so Monday comes around and the guy dug a fairly large hole in my yard so I was guessing he found the leak and was getting supplies to fix it, well 4 months goes by and not a peep from anyone, called numerous times / emailed numerous times, with zero responses, so I ended up repairing the leak myself, what poor poor service this was.
Here is another example of how Everview will treat you after you purchase a house from them... I had water leaking from my living ceiling on a Sat afternoon, called the emergency number that Everview Homes provides you, the guy answered drunk off his ass and said he maybe able to come the next day even though i had sent videos /facetime him showing water pouring in the living room so ended up having to call an emergency HVAC company, $300 dollars later they stopped the leak, when I finally was able to get a hold of Everview on Tuesday I asked about getting reimbursed and needed someone to come out and look at the damage...they more than happy to help just send them the invoice, what a joke three months later and no ones seem to know anything once again e-mailed / called numerous times zero replies back. Talked with one of the new guys Angel, he talks a good game but when it comes to actions not so much, he was the one that told me he would help with everything customer satisfaction is very important to the company, (that statement could not be farther from the truth) All I needed to do was send the invoice to a certain e-mail address and it would be taken care of, then about a month later when i texted him his reply was he doesn't handle this to call the office, which I have called over 100 times with no one answering. To this day zero reimbursement and no one has came to look at the damage, its so sad that once you buy a house from this company they could care less cause they already have your money, the customer service is beyond bad....i wish their was -5 rating on here... -

Built my home with them in the Cascada at Canyon Lake subdivision. Been here nearly two and a half years and have been happy with it the whole time. To top it off, my home appraised for nearly 40k more than I paid for it!

Worst new home buying experience. The house sustained multiple leaks. Work was less than expect and the interior flooring is super cheap. Two years later all carpet needs to be replaced and it's just the two of us. Never hear from the actual builder just his workers. Would never recommend this company. And the never call you back!!!

Today it has been 365 days trying to get things right by Everview’s warranty. I am in RocknJ and I have too many issues to list. For example, I’ve had to have my son in law properly install my dishwasher, replaced my kitchen faucet and I currently have a scratched hood which was replaced from a dented one. Initially told it wasn’t dented it was the the way the light shined on it. I have a cabinet that has no shelves and a drawer that I slam the sides to stay together. This is just a few things that have not been taken care of. Obtained an inspection and lists a lot more. Would I refer Everview? Maybe when they are able to complete my home. For now I’ll be filing a claim against their home warranty. Next step will be to find a class action lawsuit.
