Before You List LLC helped with putting down a sub-floor in our basement and moving our water heater into a closet space. I was expecting the job to take at least 1-2 weeks. The job was completed in two 8-hour workdays. They were punctual both days (arriving 5 minutes early each time). Prior to moving the water heater, Joe called us to warn us about our water heater (+20 years old and natural gas was leaking) and that he recommended a replacement. His team installed it for us for no charge. In addition, they did a great job cleaning the space at the end of the job. I was very impressed with his team's work and efficiency. Definitely going to use again!
