If I have an option to give, I would have given 0 star. This is not a company too. It is run just by one man, the address given in his website is of residential address.
So I got in touch with Will through Menards fair, I needed help to fix windows in the beginning which was in October. As per our contract he promise to fix one window in six weeks and all windows by end of December. He took money for first window, but never showed up after taking out one windows and just covering with cardboard. After multiple phone calls, he finally did one window ( different than one covered by cardboard) - and took money for rest 3 windows with deal to finish work by March 15th. He was responding to my messages till March 14th but later he stopped taking my phone or responding to my text. I went to the address in his card and it was one of his relatives house. Finally he came on touch with me and we have written contract to finish work by April 15th, but again same problem and now we are in June and work has not been completed. He will be nice to you only to get your money.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Poor workmanship, overran budget and schedule, did not complete the job, threatened a lien. One star because there's nothing lower. We are out of state residents managing a property for an 88 year old parent. Hired this company to rebuild a deck. He estimated ~$9,000 to complete the job with additional T&M dependent on whatever the inspector might require. Did a crappy job. Inspector did not require more than a couple of minor changes that were within the original scope of work. Contractor promised that the original estimate would cover the changes. Took more than twice as long to complete the job. Mostly left unskilled labor to do the work. Ruined the original wrought iron railing by dropping it off the deck, replaced part of it with cheap aluminum railing of a completely different size and style. Ruined an antique swing they had promised to refurbish within the original quote. Never, even after repeated requests, provided regular or accurate status/cost reports. Then after the job was mostly over, charged additional $9000 claiming T&M for three (3) change orders, two (2) of which were ever requested. Left the work incomplete and the job site a mess. Then threatened a lien. We will have to hire other professionals at additional cost to complete the job and clean up the mess.

We did minor kitchen remodeling: Changed the counter top with back splash, sink, kitchen faucet and disposal. First of all. they ordered wrong size of counter top from Menards, and I had to pay restocking fee or that. After changing the counter top. They could not reinstall dishwasher property, so now there is a gap between dishwasher and counter top. My nightmare did not stop here!! They attached kitchen sink to counter top so poorly and it took additional 2weeks and several extra visits to stop leaking. They also installed my kitchen faucet so badly. It's not centered. It took another 2 visits to fix that. ( I had to read the manual for the kitchen faucet installation for him). Then later, I found out the screw for the faucet was missing. I ended up order the part from Moen and fixed it by myself. The worst part is they scratched my brand new appliances. Even though I have lots of request to fix their sloppy job, I do not want him touch my kitchen anymore because every time he tried to fix things, he leaves more mess ! I will hire other contractor to correct his work.
