Our mobile home's a/c wasn't working. We got 2 high quotes on repair/replacement. Then we found Mr. Herrera. When my husband called, Mr. Herrera was up front about the worst-case scenarios of money and time for repair/replacement, quotes much less than others had given. On appointment day, he was on time with tools in hand and ready to work. When he checked the unit, he found the problem immediately. From exposure, the power wiring insulation had come off, the wire had oxidized and from any passing animal, had snapped. In 45 minutes, Mr. Herrera fixed that, had checked our furnace, heat exchanger/blower, got us a new furnace filter and checked the unit's fan blades and motor. He also didn't mind that my husband, a retired carpenter, watched him just to learn more. Hubby said he was very professional and friendly. Cost: $95.00. Also, Mr. Herrera was careful in working around our home's skirting and we really appreciated that. No doubt we'll hire him again if need be.
