By AnonymousJuly 18, 2018pool deck/ front walk resurface$10,000Response from Evolution Pool Services July 19, 2018Lisa, we told you from the very beginning that a thin overlay would never hold slabs of concrete together and that preexisting cracks will come back. The warranty is for delamination of material from the deck underneath. In Texas the ground is constantly moving, that we can not control. We have been out to replace mastic that you can clearly see the deck sunk down more than a inch. We never ask for money up front, we have hundreds of customers that will tell you that we don't run our business in that manner. That is why we work off a contract with draw schedules.
