Evolve Construction

Working with Evolve was a nightmare. No support or communications. They are spiraling out of business and are stealing deposits from insurance companies and NOT doing the work, OR paying their sales people. Large checks cashed in August of 2023, no work done, no questions answered, no support, nothing. Class action lawsuits, consumer fraud, insurance fraud, it’s all coming down on Evolve. The party’s over. RUN!!!!! Do not walk away!!!!

We would like to thank Evolve Construction for Doing a great job! our house looks amazing! we're really happy to have found this company! Everyone were super nice and accommodating along the way. Asaph made sure we are comfortable as much as possible and that we are updated on the progress. The craftsmanship looks great, and they finished the project on time, even with some delays on our side (because of some items that we were buying for the project which took longer to arrive). So yeah five stars for sure and we will make sure to recommend Evolve to our friends as well!

We used Evolve Construction for our home renovation. Asaph, the owner of the company, was fantastic. He walked us through the entire process, and was always responsive whenever we needed him, which we really appreciated. It really made the entire process easy for us. When renovating an old house, there will always be some issues to deal with, but Asaph was on top of everything and took care of every little issue along the way. You can tell that this guy cares about his clients. The team also went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and got things done professionally and efficiently. We are very pleased with the quality work that was done here, and will highly recommend Asaph and his company.

We moved into a two-bedroom condo and our designer recommended Evolve Construction for our major renovation projects.
The work was done on time and within budget, even with the inevitable surprises that always come up during renovation. The crew was punctual, always respectful and very neat. We felt very comfortable throughout the entire project, and felt that we are in good hands from the beginning to the end. We will recommend Evolve Construction to our family and friends.

We found Evolve on Houzz and met with Asaph for our Kitchen remodel and bathroom addition project. Right from our first meeting he was extremely professional and went over his overall project vision with us. We were impressed and after meeting about 4 more contractors decided to work with Asaph. This was a 3 month project, his crew came on time every morning and worked through the entire day methodically and very efficient. Our project was executed in phases and completed 2 weeks before scheduled completion :) and the job was excellent !

Our project included the whole interior of our home basically, and Evolve Construction came highly recommended from our neighbor. This was our first major remodel and going into it we were terrified of the whole process because of all the horror stories out there, but everything went as discussed and on time! (they actually completed the project close to two weeks ahead of schedule!) the work was clean, well thought out and flowed nicely. We were impressed with the quality and workmanship. Their whole team was very thorough and followed up with us to make sure everything we wanted and needed was taken care of. They are top notch quality at what I think was a very fair price and most importantly, they stand by their work and take great pride in it, as they should because its wonderful!

The Evolve team came in and remodeled our home to perfection. I was very impressed with how quick the job was done and how clean it was kept during the process. Four months and they were out, that's almost a month ahead of schedule, completing a major renovation of our property. Everyone deserves to have an honest reliable contractor on their speed dial, Evolve Construction is on mine.

After contacting possibly every contractor in the Bay area and meeting with a bunch, and literally at the point of giving up renovating completely, I then found Evolve and thank god for that. Not only they were super professional from day one, he also gave me cost saving ideas to keep it within my budget. During the construction of the new kitchen, they kept me updated throughout the entire process, helped to push me along when I dragged in ordering things, etc. I can't stress enough how professional they were and how happy I am with the results. Evolve fully deserve 5 stars. After she saw my new kitchen, a good friend of mine decided on hiring Evolve too, and I have no doubt she will be very happy with these guys. A big thank you Evolve!

Evolve Construction remodeled my bathroom and they did a very good job, everything looks great, the tile design is beautiful, they helped me with the layout to get everything just right, they were very responsive and answered any question I had with delight. Generally,​ it was a very pleasant experience, although I was stressed at first (never had a contractor work in my house before) I learned very quickly to trust these guys, they did a top of the line job. We bought an old house in Mountain View. We wanted to do some renovation and remodel of the house. They came and gave me a fair estimate of all the projects, I would say their price was competitive, not the cheapest, but we liked to evolve the best.

From start to finish the crew was easy to communicate and to work with, and very trustworthy as well as professional (they actually charged exactly what was estimated). I'm impressed by their responsiveness (with other contractors, they disappear, you cannot get in touch with them). The guys were friendly and easy to deal with, they showed up on time to do the work even over the weekend. They were careful to clean up every day before leaving. Overall we are very pleased with the work. I highly recommend them and sure I will be using them again in the future. It obviously shows that they really care about customer satisfaction.

I'd like to thank the Evolve crew for doing a really good job with our kitchen, we had them replace all our cabinets, remove a wall between our kitchen and the living room and also update electricity, plumbing, paint, counter tops and some more things. I like it how they are very clean and organized, and deliver exactly what they say they will.

We will use Evolve Construction in the future. We hired them to do our entire home, which included a full remodeling of the kitchen, two bathrooms, a restroom, three bedrooms and some of the exterior. The team was very professional and communicative, they did everything on time and passed all inspections. We asked to add a few more items to the work while the project was running and they responded and did the necessary adjustments very quickly and for I think was a very fair price. I will recommend them to my friends and to anyone that is looking for a reliable contractor. Good job.

After some research we decided to go with Evolve Construction to redo our bathroom and we are glad we picked them. They are very professional, and their entire staff was great at what they do. They very easily adapted to whatever issues arose from the remodeling and were so great to work with that we are planning on hiring them again to redo our kitchen next. Overall the entire process was pretty painless, my husband and I had to work most of the days they were there, but neither one of us did not feel uncomfortable having them in our home while we were not there. We will definitely be referring Evolve Construction to everyone we know and will be using them again when we are ready to do some work in the kitchen.

My wife and I recently undertook a project to remodel our kitchen and living room area. We contracted with Evolve Construction who had previously done some remodeling work for us. We were very happy with the quality of work and adherence to our agreed upon schedule.

We had the greatest experience ever with Evolve Construction remodeling our three bathrooms. Excellent communication, fair price, and we are more than happy with the beautiful results! The Evolve team was very positive and professional and they were always punctual and cleaned up. The entire project took just under 7 weeks - under the initial estimation of 8 weeks so we were very pleased with that as well. We would not hesitate to use them again next time.

Our project was a complete re-work of three full bathrooms. Evolve Construction worked with us throughout the project from initial conceptualization to designs, demolition, installation, finish and clean-up. I cannot say enough good things about the remodeling experience with Evolve Construction. We completely remodeled our home in less than four months, including two and a half bathrooms, a total new kitchen, new windows, added wood floors in three bedrooms and built a room addition at the back that extended the house and gave us a larger kitchen space and an additional bathroom that was very needed. The project was on time, the team came up with creative solutions to design issues that helped us stay in budget, and paid attention to details. Above all else, the quality of the work is stunning. Evolve Construction wasn't the cheapest bid we received, neither the highest, we ended up choosing right because with Evolve Construction we saved tons by avoiding costly errors, staying on time (and rent in our temporary space), and the result was more than worth the money. We have a beautiful new home. I highly recommend the Evolve team.

We have recently purchased a house built in 1955. It's a lovely house and in a very good condition, but old homes don't often meet today's standards and we wanted a more updated looks. Our renovation included: Kitchen remodel, three bathrooms remodel, interior floors, electricity, interior and exterior paint, roof, driveway, laundry room, windows and front door.

I hired Evolve Construction for a complete renovation of a bathroom in my home. The project was substantial since it required replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, installing a new floating vanity and toilet, removing tile from the walls, installing tile in the shower and floors, and moving light fixtures. I had an excellent experience with Evolve Construction. When I moved into my new home, I knew the bathroom needed to be redone. The walls in the shower were soft and falling apart, the sink and toilet leaked, and the layout was off. I called Evolve Construction for an estimate. This is my first home purchase and my first remodel and Evolve's team was extremely patient with me. The actual project was a complete gut. The crew showed up on time the first day and was responsive and communicative throughout the whole project. Evolve Construction made my bathroom look amazing. But most importantly, they made my bathroom functional! It's such a relief knowing I have a bathroom that actually works and also adds value to my home. The project came in on time and on budget (any delays or increases in budget were because I added to the scope a bit). We recently renovated our first floor which included a complete kitchen remodel, painting, wood flooring throughout and two bathrooms. We chose Evolve Construction after considering several other companies. Not only was Evolve Construction reasonable in the estimate but we liked that they did nearly all the work themselves instead of having to coordinate subcontractors. The designer was very knowledgeable and helpful in taking our ideas and tweaking them into a workable design. The workers were top-notch in workmanship and were there every day. At the end of the day, they always cleaned up. The project turned out wonderfully. Evolve was a good choice.
