  Eric was amazing.. After our propane boiler stopped working, with no heat or hot water, and having Shipley out twice in 2 days and not finding the problem.. Desperste, I called Eric. He was at my house in 20 minutes and found the problem immediately.. Had our heat running in about an hour.. I will never call anyone else.. highly recommend..

  Eric performed several jobs at my house, got the expansion tank and hot water heater working. He was quick and timely and when he left area was cleaned well. Will use his services again and would definitely recommend him!

  Replace furnace, gas log install and two repairs to leaks

  I'm sorry to say that we would not recommend Eric to anyone. After spending thousands of dollars on upgrades and repairs, he won't return calls and/or stand behind his work. He came to fix a leak from the master bath, which was leaking in the garage, and after his crew "repaired" it, we had the drywall replaced. It's still leaking just a month later and I couldn't get him to respond to calls or emails. I received emails saying, "I'll call tomorrow", which he never did. When he finally did respond, the answer was, "I won't know anything until I get back in there and take a look", which wouldn't be for another four days (10 days from the first time I called/emailed him). We'll find someone else who is dependable and stands behind their work.

  Eric replaced my well pump, my furnace and fixed our central air conditioning issues. He also helped get rid of some scrap cement from my yard. He and his crew are always very pleasant and mannered. They lay down tarps to keep from getting the floors dirty or Eric has even taken his boots off to keep from tracking snow/ dirt through the house. He is always concerned that the job is done well. The prices are more than fair for excellent work.
  He also came to my house late one evening as my furnace was acting up. I don't think you'll find friendlier, kinder service with other 'handyman' services.
