I gave a $1800 deposit for work to be done on our windows. I canceled the contract as we decided to put all impact glass sliders in. I asked for our refund and have not received it. America Express is now handling the dispute. Very disappointed ☹️

If I could give -0 stars that would be great. Started to pull the permit for my screen enclosure. I had to keep contacting the sub-contractor to see what was taking so long. They re-submitted paperwork and quit checking on my permit at all. I went online and saw the only thing holding up the permit was a fee. I contacted the sub-contractor and waited a week, With no response I paid the fee. The next process of the permit began. Another fee, I contacted the sub-contractor, he contacted the contractor, no response. I paid another fee and within a week my permit was issued after 6 months of waiting. The sub-contractor completed the work and told the contractor to schedule the inspection. To this date I still can't get him to schedule an inspection and that's the only thing left to do. My screen enclosure has been up for about a month and all I get is the run-around. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. WHEN I TALKED TO JEFF GUILBE HE TOLD ME THE COMPANY WAS CLOSED, BUT THERE IS STILL AN ACTIVE GC ON MY PERMIT AND IT IS GUILBE CONSTRUCTION. HE IS FULL OF LIES.....DO NOT HIRE.....ALL YOU GET IS HEADACHES!!!
