My roof was installed Oct 2015 and Excalibur was BUSY from the hail storm. They had a financial management firm then called Genesis to keep up with the work load. The two of them were just learning to work together so there were many miscommunications between them. The roof passed inspection. I'm not too happy with the gutters.
