After enduring a devastating fire, that displaced myself and my family, this company came in to our and made the whole stressful process bearable. They restored the damage to new in no time and handled all of our insurance claims. I am so very thankful for these guys and their professional, caring attitudes. Contracted to finish $40k of renovation work in 3months. We paid 85% immediately when requested by Excaliber. Then Excaliber refused to provide any breakdown of costs, invoices, or warranties despite numerous promises from them that this documentation would be provided after payment. Even after 6 months, project was left less than half done, materials paid for were missing from site, work in progress/done was so bad it had to be redone/repaired, and there was damage to home caused by Excaliber which we had to pay additionally to resolve. Excaliber then stopped answering emails, calls, texts.
