We had Rob and his team build us a $15k custom privacy fence. It offers no privacy, as the finished product does not match the drawing we approved. The project was completed several months later than promised. Boards are crooked and paint was chipped off the metal toppers. He is refusing to "spend $1000s more" on decking to correct the issue because I won't remove my one star review on Google. Communication throughout the process was like pulling teeth unless a payment was due. The only time he responded promptly was the day I wrote said review, and he only texted me to tell me I was rude. No apologies, no effort to correct the problems with craftsmanship. There's a reason this guy has a list of people suing him-- the circuit court search results say more than I ever could-- he's a con artist.
