Where the work looks good and I have no doubts in the quality of the work, their ability to schedule effectively and actually make it to site when they said they would be there generally did not happen. Just want them to be there when they say they are going to be there and not make excuses about being too busy or delaying saying they are waiting for the siding to be installed. It is all in the scheduling and doing what you say you are going to do. They are the bottleneck on job progress at this point.
