Would have really liked to give them a better score but what I can I say they have incompetency throughout the warranty dept. Our pool was installed and used last summer but had an issue with the liner had a huge wrinkle and they came out said it needs to be replaced under warrenty. I was told it would be done Sept/Oct. Received a call from them asking if they could move it to March of 2021 b/c they have so much work and I would be put first on the lsit to get down (i don't believe their is a list). First they call ask what style liner in Feb of 2021. I sent it back same day only to get an email on March 29th asking for the same info stating I never gave it to them. So I sent the email I sent them and their response to it back in their faces.. They said this would not delay anything. Well that was an obvious lie. Kaitlyn was the person working on it who is no longer working for them I can only assume from too many mistakes. Okay back to the story.. Now we are into May I was told it will be the first week of May from Eva only to get an email from her on a Friday after I contacted her telling me they pushed me to the following week. Okay.. that's fine although communication is lacking.. So the next Monday comes and passes and I reach out again to be told I was pushed out again another week. I get it your a small shop and it's busy.. OH yeah what happened to first on the list.. haha... any way tech comes to my house this past Saturday to drain the pool no clue he was coming just here. Okay says he will be back on Monday to install the new liner which HE DID... kudos, tells me to fill it to first step then turn off water b/c they will be back the next day to cut in the skimmers and jets. If I blinked when they showed up I would have missed them... Left w/o any instructions cut in 4 jets and 2 skimmers and left. So I emailed Eva and her manager Brian same day to find out what if anything I needed to do or when they would be coming back. No answers that day - After calling multiple times the following day she finally picked up and said fill the pool and they will be back tomorrow to cut in the rest of the skimmers. One would think the tech would have spoke to me before he left with said instructions. Now with that said they are also supposed to be opening the pool for the season tomorrow we shall see. All I can say about this business is I hope I don't need to deal with them anymore other than closings as that's how you avoid losing your warranty. As far as the review about them being available to chat whenever you want.... I just have to laugh.....
Update: I was finally able to get into the pool and while sitting on the bench with is made of metal I noticed a sharp rock under the liner this is destine to cause a leak as it will not be absorbed into METAL one would think when the replaced the liner they would have cleared off all SOLID surfaces. Horrible warrenty dept get everything EVERYTHING in writing..
