We have been patiently waiting and watching the roofers in our neighborhood to see who the best was, and after months, we decided to contact Excel. My wife was extremely impressed with the quick and professional job we saw on several neighbor's houses, so she approached the job foreman, Dominic, who was overseeing one neighbor's house. He was the reason we contacted Ryan Folck to set up the process, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our decision! The professionalism, coordination, work ethic, and expeditious execution of the entire job was outstanding! You could tell by watching these guys work they knew exactly what they were doing and left the yard in immaculate condition! This was just the cherry on top after the stress-free and fully engaged service from Ryan and Dominic through the whole job to completion. First let me say that this is the first time I have ever done a review, but I felt very compelled to do this one. Our experience working with Ryan Folck of Excel Roofing was absolutely superb. From the initial inspection to the completion of the job our experience was totally stress-free. To help me with the filing of a claim Ryan not only called my insurance company in my presence but also met with the adjuster to answer any questions or concerns. Sometimes it can be very confusing trying to understand the process of a claim, but Ryan and Victoria (his assistant) walked us through it and made it very simple. If you like being kept apprised on the progress of the project you will not be disappointed as they keep you informed via phone calls and texts. Their crews are topped notched; very nice and respectful. At days end the property was extremely neat and clean and their final clean for the project was as though they were never there. I hired Ryan Folck to install a new roof on my rental in San Antonio, Texas. I was impressed with how he handled the whole project, I live in California and my sister and brother in law checked up on the progress of the installation. It took him one day to complete the installation of the roof. He waited for the insurance to reimburse the claim and he never complaint about the process.
