    Our experience with Oscar Garcia has truly been the worst and most expensive waste of our time. We were forced to find contractors on our own in order to finish our home and satisfy the bank. Project management is definately not his strong suit as there were many weeks and months without progress. To this day we are finding issues with the house and are not able to reach him unless we use a different phone number. Avoid this builder and save your sanity. Beware of Five Stars Homes as this was the previous company name.

    Do not do business with this business. He breached our contract, didn't finish on time, and cut corners/made pertinent mistakes/errors in my home. After dealing with it for too long and not being able to contact him, I switched contractors. He's now claiming money that he isn't owed on my home via lien affidavit. Do not do business with him, he's negligent and doesn't respond to texts, calls or emails unless it's time for him to get paid. Do yourself a favor a go with someone more professional and attentive.

    Worst experience ever me and my neighbor are having lots of issues with our brand new houses and Oscar Garcia hasn’t fix them even would not call us back , but he will answer if we call him from a different phone , will not recommend to no one
