My husband and I called them in October 2019 because we had a leak in our skylight. They came right away and “fixed” it. It cost us $2600 to fix. We paid in cash and have the contract. A few weeks later, we had the ceiling painted, since there was water damage. In April of 2020, it rained heavily again and the skylight leaked again. We called, and they came a few days later to “seal” the perimeter of the skylight. In July 2020, it rained heavily again and the skylight was leaking again! We became very frustrated because this was the third time in less than a year that our roof was leaking from the same spot. I called the company first, who stated that they were not going to send someone out since it was raining. I demanded that someone come since it was raining IN MY HOUSE, and she said that no one gets in until 10am. How can you claim to be a 24 hour business if no one works until 10am? They answer the phones, sometimes, but you won’t get any help. A little while later, Tony came. Tony looked at it, agreed there was a leak, and asked to see our contract. When we showed him the contract, he stated that Gino, the man who wrote the contact, basically scammed him because they do not take cash payments. I explained that was not our problem because we trusted a roofing company to correctly diagnose and fix our problem and nine months later, it was not fixed. He went and bought a tarp, and covered the skylight. He promised he would come back and do the work himself. I also asked about the internal damage, since the ceiling now had water damage again, and he said he would take care of it. A week later, my husband had to call because no one came to fix the roof. Finally, employees came and did try to fix the leak, but could not find it. We watched as they put “sealant” on the skylight again. Tony DID NOT come and did not fix the inside of the house. We all thought that this would be it, but then the Hurricane came on August 4. Well, in the morning, my husband and I go downstairs and it’s once again raining in my house. We call right away because the hurricane was to only get worse as the time went on, and someone came and put a tarp over the skylight. This time, when my husband called, he was told there “was nothing they could do about it.” What? We paid them to fix our roof and our roof wasn’t fixed! My husband said absolutely not and told them that it better be fixed, especially since we signed a contract with them. They said that this time, they would replace the skylight for us, since it should’ve been replaced the first time, but was misdiagnosed. They said they were “doing us a favor.” How is that doing us a favor when we paid them to fix our roof and it was still leaking ten months later? But ok, we were getting a new skylight. I actually even called to see if they could replace the other one (obviously we would pay) and they told us it would be $2600. Now, I know nothing about skylights but it was a bit curious that this was the same price that I originally paid to have my roof fixed, so I said no. So then a few gentlemen came out to do measurements. Then, crickets. We called many times and no one answered. I then called again and was told that due to Covid, the manufacturers were backed up. I could completely understand this, so I let it be. A month later, we called again. They had to send someone out a second time for measurements. Ok, weird, but hopefully we were getting our skylight. We finally get a phone call saying our light was in! The day came (Saturday) and they brought it...only to find out that the skylight was the wrong size! They measured twice and we still have a skylight that is the wrong size. They tell us they will be here on Monday with a brand new skylight. Well, Monday came and went and no one came. Finally, my husband called again and we were told that we had to wait for it to be ordered, which is what we expected. We finally get a date for installation but when that date comes around, no one shows. My husband called the company multiple times throughout the day, and no one answered the phone or returned the call. How can a 24 hour company operate if they are not answering the phone? We are aware that they were more than likely screening our calls. My husband then gets a call from Gino, and Gino says that we will be dealing only with him. He gave my husband his phone number, which was nice. Gino said that we were going to be getting a new skylight and all would be well. That was the last we heard from Gino for a bit. My husband would call and not get an answer. Gino would text back with excuse after excuse. He would say that they would be here one day, but they would never come. On Thursday September 24, Gino said he was picking up the skylight, and he said he would be at our house on Friday. Long story short, Gino never showed until one day when I called and he lost it on me. It took a year for anything to be done. They lie, cheat, and steal. Do not use.
