We paid Exceptional Pools in August 2018. We were quoted it would be a 4-6 week project. In April 2019 the job was nowhere nearly completed with many things done wrong. The weather was blind numerous times which didn’t seem to be a factor when I spoke to other pool companies. They then told us we were hostileAnd wanted us to sign some paper saying we would not speak to anyone that came on our property. If we didn’t sign this paper they would not come back and complete the job although we had paid them for the job. We are out thousands of dollars. When we had other companies coming in to complete the work they refused to finish, those companies pointed out numerous poor quality work and materials. I would highly recommend going with another company.

April and Mike are con artists and thieves. I paid them over $25000 to remodel my pool and they ripped me off big time!! They charged me upfront for a custom safety cover and I’m still waiting for it 2 years later!! They painted my pool and the paint has never dried. They use inexperienced kids to do the work. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!
