Excessive construction was hired by my clients to perform contracting work at their home. I have had over ten years of construction experience as an interior designer, and I have worked with many contractors in the Orlando area.
Excessive construction has been extremely unprofessional and very unresponsive thus far in the 250,00K+ job we are currently working on. Pablo, the principal of the company, has disappeared many times on this job; usually right after a draw request has been paid. There are financial issues, communication issues, and overall I am unhappy with the finishing detail of his work as the designer on the project. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Florida Department of Business Professionals against excessive construction and I will advise my clients to take legal action to recuperate any financial burdens of terminating their relationship with Excessive Construction.
