    Totally a scam artist. Seemed so friendly, gave him money, promised everything and disappeared. He still has the key to the house { which I don't live in} and hope he didn't rob the contents too.

    Refused to strip old stain , then complained after I advised against it. Wrote it into the contract to protect myself. Powerwashed entire house , stained3car garage, and pagoda. Did not take money and run.

    My next door neighbor $1000 deposit was returned, and all closets were painted for free

    I have used this company several times with good results, However, last time I paid upfront and he did not do the job. Just never showed up and took my money. Ask several times for a refund! Terrible treatment of a past customer.
