They are unprofessional and unhelpful. Their customer service and communication is terrible. I don't know how they are in business. They say they say they will fix items after you close but then when you ask them to fix what they said they would they won't saying since you close and signed off you have to go to the warranty company that can take 90 days just to get to your issues. They lie, charge you the most and do thr least. I do not recommend this builder and I can't believe they are still in business. Military steer far away from them if you are out of state, I promise you will have multiple issues. We go to the BBB and plan on contacting a lawyer. They leave us no choice as we have reached out numerous times and received no help.

This is my second complaint. They deleted my other review I did a couple of months ago. They have not finished work at my house. I’m sitting here at my house now and nobody has showed up to fix my lock. Someone did show up to input my screen which they are the only people I like ..But the screens do not fit my window. It is not the fault of the people that showed up to install them. It’s executive construction people fault. They mad because I cussed them out and which I did because they kept telling my screens was due and I did not have them but other houses was getting screens. They have a shout out to my house without pictures when they were supposed to have pictures of what needed to be fixed. Walked around my house asking me what needed to be done acting clueless.Once I went off magically Screens appear. I have been nice but as a veteran with PTSD they have struck my last nerve. They do not want to answer my phone calls my email to open the door when I go to the office . I also have a video where I ask due to them being the warranty section who do I contact for warranty items and they dnt want to give me an answer Because I had to curse them out just to get my screens which is not put in.When I called and talk to Rose last week she said that she would contact me to tell me when my 30 day warranty walk-through would be Because I asked her who I need to contact about my nail pops All around this house.shoe molding is not done right bc you can see gaps.I feel as if they are trying to wait me out past my 1 yr warranty
