Has a hard time staying focused on the job at hand. Doesn't pay attention to what the customer wants or fine details of the job. When we needed repairs to be done he is nowhere to be found, have tried contacting multiple times and get nothing back. Very unprofessional with some of the things we talked to him about. It felt like he has absolutely no respect or pride in his work or for the customers he worked with. I would most definitely not be recommending him to anyone I know. And to top it off because of his work and not listening it has now costed us twice as much as it should have because he could not follow instructions.
