You want to sue people for bad reviews? That's ridiculous! How about showing up on time, completing jobs when you say you will, and treating customers with respect? Your business is done now, and if you try to open under a new name, literally thousands of people nationwide will stalk you! BAD BUSINESS MODEL!

This roofing company is NOT professional and does not provide the service that is contracted to do, their office manager is the rudest and biggest karen in the field, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE

Executive Roof Services were wonderful to work with in every way. They arrived on time and worked the full day. When bad wearher conditions set in, like hail and rain, Roman Sr, Roman Jr, and Julio pitched in to get the exposed roof covered. As a result of the bad weather they did not escape a couple of roof/ceiling leaks. When the ceiling stains were noticed the problem was corrected immediately and a painter was sent the next day, and all of the stains were painted out. The exterior of the work site was cleaned by Roman Jr., he did a great job. He asked if there was anything else he could do for me and I jokingly said washing the windows would be good, he smiled and declined. This is the type of company I want to have for such a serious part of being a home owner. Thank you ERS.

Executive Roof Services LLC Employees
They twice rescheduled with no notice, literally called the morning of the planned work day to announce they were short crew members. When the roof was done there was an odd looking ripple about two thirds of the way up the roof. When I asked about it I was told everything looked fine up close. You guessed it, first time it rained my roof leaked. Over a period of 6 months they came out 3 times to try and fix the problem. Finally, after I hired an attorney, they removed the entire section and reroofed. During the removal it was discovered that the underlying tar paper had been folded over on itself, causing the shingles to not lay flat.
I would never use them again.
