    Build a new house
    $290,000

    We have stayed quiet long enough in hopes that Tyler Hiatt With Exemplar Construction would follow through and finish the job he started on our home. How would you feel if your house burnt and lost everything just to have a contractor take all the insurance money and leave? We had to have it inspected with a result of 52 pages of things that need to be fixed. He has had that report for a month. We have tried every single angle to get him to make this right. Sadly, we do not want this to happen to someone else. I would leave a review on his fb page, but interestingly enough there isn't an option to do so. We are in hopes that he figures out that he has to finish this job. We are not going away. Sorry to our neighbors. We are trying to find some others to help us, but you understand we would have to pay for these things twice, since he was already paid to do the jobs that failed the inspection. We have even tried to go at it alone and contact the subcontractors, but he will not release the warranty information to get ahold of them. Its time to do the right thing, Tyler. FIX THIS MESS!
