I live in Fallbrook, and I have been working with Henrie and his crews for over a year on various projects: driveway, retaining wall, remodel of my master suite, remover and replace of my roof, new air conditioning, insulation, new double pane windows and more. Henrie made excellent suggestions for my projects without losing sight of what I wanted, The timing of the projects was excellent. As each subcontractor finished, the next was ready to start, Sapir was here several times a week, sometimes every day to make sure that everything was being done as I wanted. She is amazing also. She made sure Henrie knew what was happening, interfaced with the subs, and made sure that any problems were fixed quickly and correctly. I absolutely recommend them, If there were more than five stars, they would have gotten them.

The project came out okay. The sales practices of this company are unprofessional to say the least. The salesman/project lead overstayed his welcome by several hours and made promises of a prompt stress-free project. Over a month later from demo and the project is finally done for a small kitchen remodel (counters and cabinets). The project took way too long and was at least $5,000 above market value. We agreed to the enormous price because of promises of simplicity and prompt work which it was far from. During the demo project small appliances were damaged which was apparently found that way and pushed the responsibility into our lap. There was a huge lack of communication on the company part of what days and times they would be working on the project. Most days they’d show up whenever they want even in the rare instance they give you a time they’ll arrive. I don’t suggest this company for anyone who doesn’t work from home or can’t get last minute time off the day before because they will not communicate in advance what days to keep available for them to work. Overall, the project will get done eventually and it will not be anything spectacular for the extraordinary amount of money you spend. I do not recommend this company, just hire a different contractor to handle your project.

Expert home are scam artist! They come up with lies and false promises of all the great work they do. Even after saying your not interested they pressure you, acting like they are giving you a deal. Not soon after you sign you realize that they over charge and their service is terrible. They do not even complete the job before they're down your neck asking to get paid! When they did "complete" the job it was half done and very unprofessionally put in. They missed a whole section of installation and they even broke some things in the attic that had to do with the air conditioner. The prices were through the roof for amateur work. Save yourself time and hassle. Most importantly your hard earned money and DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM!

My property is located in Compton, Ca. After acquiring several new roof estimates. Expert Home Builders of Commerce CA was the only Company that seemed to care more about us the client than the financing. Without signing any contract the sales rep offer help immediately. He contacted his workers and ordered to temporarily protect my roof from the elements. With this gesture, financing, and how he explained all the steps to our satisfaction, we decided to hire them. They don't know yet, but we're going to hire them to replace our roof. Will keep you posted of the progress and the finished project.

My experience with the individuals that I signed a contract with was terrible. As they began to assign people to do the remodeling of my bathroom and assign a so called foreman who knew nothing about construction work, I realized then that they were not experienced contractors. The people that they hired from the streets were just handymen that they found from somewhere... If I had known this earlier on, I never would have hired this phoney company. The so called company appears to be just a group of family and friends that came up with a way to rip people off and make money, pretending that they have construction experience. The workers did not show up for work at my home everyday as they should have. They sent strangers to my house to work every couple of days, this was very uncomfortable! I felt like I had to keep my gun on my person at all times. This so called construction company will have you paying separately for all of the materials that you want in your project, example faucets, floor or wall tiles, mirrors, lights, etc if the cost is over what the cheapest materials are, and still charge you $30k for what the call a remodel, so ultimately I ended up paying $30k just for labor in a medium size bathroom. Consider this a warning if you should hire them! I would never recommend this company to anyone period!
